The above statement also covers registrations to the forum. In addition, an anonymized string created from your email address (also called a «hash») may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Your Gravatar profile picture is currently only visible to you on your profile page on the main site.

Who we share your data with

Contact form inquiries are saved and available to the administrators.

If you ask us to participate in an event, a summary of your inquiry may be shared with the members in a closed forum area. Only relevant information is shared.

Messages you submit to the forum are saved and shared with others who have access to the forum. Some forum areas are closed and can only be seen by members with access, other forum areas are open and can be seen by all visitors.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email sent to you.

If you register on the forum, the data you enter to your user profile is stored. Administrators have access to view this information. Information that you enter as public is shared with other registered users on the forum. Your username could be visible to all visitors if you post in the open area of the forum.

How long we retain your data

Contact form inquries are stored for 1 year, and deleted automatically.

If you register on the forum, the personal data you provide will be stored indefinitely. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you post to the forum, the message will be stored indefinitely.

Your rights

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
